See more crazy storm footage at www.stormspectator.com. We live in Tornado Alley where springtime can get a bit chaotic. We like "chasing" the storms from the comfort of our own home. The storms come to you in North Texas so why get your van all dented up on some farm road twelve counties over? :P Here's a compilation of spring storm shots from 2008 and 2009 (so far).

Southern New Mexico Winter Snow Storm!
Southern New Mexico Winter Snow Storm!
I've lived in southern New Mexico for about 10 years now, and this is about the worst winter snowstorm or blizzard that I have ever seen here. Usually it snows and is gone by afternoon, and only a rare day or so per winter. So maybe snow, snowstorm, ice cold, blizzard, snowdrift, snowplough, snow patrol, snowballs, snow days and the snowman are just a few examples that New Mexicans have in store for them in the upcoming winter, not to mention the severe weather and climate changes that seem to be happening all over the world. Dust Storm in Sydney 23 Sept 09
Freaky North West winds brought in the worst dust storm Sydney had seen since the '40's. The colour in the forst part of the vid is not enhanced in any way. The visibility early in the morning was 200M where I live. Some areas had it down to 50M! It cleared up around lunch time and everyone had nicely top-dressed lawns. All the cars (and bikes!) had a nice 2 colour effect. Fortunately it all hosed off. :)

WEATHER STORM (basscasey)
WEATHER STORM (basscasey)
MUSIC AND EDITING BY BASSCASEY www.myspace.com Climate change isn't inevitable. We have the knowledge, skills and technologies to get ourselves out of this difficult situation. All over the world people have woken up to the threat, and are working to reduce the use of fossil fuels, stop rainforest destruction and get power from clean energy. Still much more needs to be done. Climate change is the greatest environmental threat humanity has ever faced and the biggest challenge. Climate change is caused by the build up of greenhouse gases - from burning fossil fuels and the destruction of areas that store massive amounts of carbon like the world's rainforests. No one knows how much warming is "safe" but we know that climate change is already harming people and ecosystems around the globe. Japan hit by Strongest Storm in 50 years
Japanese airlines canceled hundreds of flights, some train services were halted and thousands of workers went home early as some of the strongest winds in more than 50 years hit Tokyo today. The weather agency issued a tornado warning for the Tokyo area after the storm dumped as much as 6 centimeters (2.4 inches) of rain an hour in central Japan as it crossed from the southwest, with winds gusting up to 140 kilometers (87 miles) an hour. An 82-year-old woman died after being knocked over by the wind and hitting her head, national broadcaster NHK reported. Severe Ice Storm Cuts Power To Over 1 Million, More Extreme Weather
"It looks like a tornado came through, but there wasn't a path; it was everywhere." The storm was "worse than we ever imagined," said the chief executive officer of the North Arkansas Electric Cooperative. These "Extreme Weather Events" are also related to what is happening with the weather all around the world, it's called "Climate-Change" and it's happening right now, day by day! The Earth is a living being in some kind of sense and it's reacting to the "Man-Made" pollution that's being put into the atmosphere and into the water and the planet everyday.

SupremeMasterTV.com -- PLANET EARTH LOVING HOME The Gathering Storm: The Human Cost of Climate Change - P1/2. Episode: 1756, Air Date: 6 July 2011. Intelligent viewers, welcome to Planet Earth: Our Loving Home where we are presenting the first in a two-part program featuring a number of short films from "The Gathering Storm: The Human Cost of Climate Change." This series is comprised of 16 brief films and covers the effects of climate change across Asia and Africa. "The Gathering Storm" was produced by the United Nations Environment Programme and the Integrated Regional Information Networks (IRIN), a humanitarian news and analysis service of the United Nations Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs. The work has garnered numerous awards, including being named a winner at the 2009 Bangkok HRA Festival and Kos International Film Festival. This week we will show five chapters from the series: "Harvesting Rain," "Drip Irrigation," "Escaping Floods," "Highland Malaria," and "Coastal Erosion." As we will see in some of these films, communities have found ways to adapt to aspects of global warming and still survive. However such measures cannot be considered permanent solutions as even more extreme weather patterns and natural disasters are projected if we take no action to stop the warming of our planet. We begin with "Harvesting Rain." The Gathering Storm Harvesting Rain Ithumba Kitui, Kenya It's 8 o'clock in the morning. And Mary Maticia is cleaning the house ...
